unless you were due on your wedding date, i’m not sure what would change other than maybe the dress!

Depending on the due date

option 1: If I would be late in my 2nd trimester/close to due by the original wedding date I would likely bump it up, go smaller (courthouse stylee with witnesses), only because during my first pregnancy I was put on bed rest at about 28-30 weeks until delivery due to health complications (which are likely to re-ocurr in subsequent pregnancies).

option 2: If I were only in my 1st trimester by the date I would push it back a little until the vicious morning sickness passed –no one want to see the bride blow chunks at the thought of even dry toast.

option 3: If I were at the perfectly sweet time of pregnancy (early 2nd tri) by the wedding date I would go with the flow, keep everything rolling, though I might scale back on certain elements, but I doubt I would change much.

I honestly couldn’t care if people saw me as a pregnant bride, for me it is more about health/comfort levels.

I’d probably get married very quick and get it out of the way. I would not want to be visibly pregnant at my wedding. And I’d scale back significantly.

Cry because I can no longer wear the dress I love? At this point I’m close enough that I’d just buy a new dress at Nordstroms or something and scale back a little (flowers/lighting/ honeymoon).

LMAO!  This has happened to me 2x!  My running joke is that every time we talked about getting married, I’d get pregnant.  It’s not true … just seems that way!

Anyway, my story … got pregnant at almost 19 and he proposed.  Didn’t want to be pregnant walking down the aisle.  We had our Dirty Delete and were so busy with our businesses that we put marriage on the back burner for awhile.  Friends of ours got married and we started talking about it again.  We started to look at venues, etc. and I found I was pregnant again.  We wanted to add another baby to our family but we didn’t think it would happen so quickly for us!  lol!  We had our 2nd child and put marriage on the back burner.  When our DS was born, we talked about it again and figured we’d just do somthing small and simple, just family and very few friends.  Then we got busy with life and I found I was pregnant again.

Thankfully, we never put any deposits down anywhere or really made any firm decisions.

Two years after our 3rd child was born, Darling Husband and I got married in a last minute quickie JoP ceremony.  No planning, no nothing, no opportunity for me to get pregnant before we could get married!  lol!  I wound up with a honeymoon baby!

Something about weddings gets me pregnant … go figure!!!!

That happened to a friend of mine, she had such a beautiful dress but she bought it like a year out.  she just changed her dress and everything else stayed the same!!!
