My SO has been leaving me handwritten notes outside the bedroom door that I find every morning when I wake up. So cute!

My SO simply kissed my hand while watching football on tv.  Something small and sweet but an act I rarely see from him so I cherish those small kisses when they come!

@mikesBRIDE:  isn’t it nice to have someone so caring in your life.  You know you’ll always be safe and loved.  I hope you get better.

SO brought me flowers on Friday even though we were leaving town the next morning. My last bouquet had died and he always picks some up at the grocery store. Then he drove 3 hours round trip with me to spend Saturday and Sunday with my family. He didn’t even complain when I missed my exit and went 45 minutes out of the way. He was also very forgiving (as always) when I acted like a brat last Friday because I was so tired after work. Love him!

My SO went out with some old friends on Saturday night. While we were laying in bed the next morning he told me that when his friends were talking about “getting girls blah blah” all he could think about was me and how happy I made him.

@Torrid:  We are loving it! Playing split screen is really fun; it makes me frustrated that there aren’t more games made with 2-player capabilities.

@HelleCat:  ooooooh! The last rose of our season is sitting pretty outside my theater in the park. I love looking at it

When I had a total breakdown over thinking I’d never be able to handle the responsibilities of a wife and mother and I would end up letting him down, he held me and reassured me that, even if I decided I never wanted kids, and all I did was lay in bed all day, he’d still rather be with me than live without me.

My SO was at the store and I jokingly said he should pick up the next season of Mad Men (we have been watching them together, I love this show!).  When I was helping him make dinner he pulled out the next season for us to start watching.

Kind of silly, but I appreciated it.

My FI’s bachelor party was this weekend, and I was being all nervous-like that he was going to do something inappropriate. I gave my blessing for the strip club, but asked that he not get a private lap dance. I was concerned more about his friends, who are a bit wild and mostly single (or still act like they are single.)

The day after, Fiance came home and told me that he got dragged into the stripclub. But as soon as he got in, he pretended to be drunker than he was, left and sat outside in 30 degree weather until his friends were done spenting $200 each on naked ladies. At HIS bachelor party. To show me how much he loved me.

The only contact he had with any other woman was pretending to be a Pokemon and doing a “jiggy-puff” dance for a girl on a dare. And that confirmed why I am marrying that man.

SO has been away on a business trip, but he has been texting me with silly and sometimes cute ideas for our future wedding 🙂
