Every once in a while I encounter really good customer service, so I had to share!
In November, I ordered my first wedding band from their site. It ended up being too thin, so I returned it, and the whole process was quick and painless.
But, I got an email and a phone call yesterday from their customer service department – apparently when they credited my account, the warranty I had paid for wasn’t credited. It was a small amount, like $30 or so, and I didn’t notice it. They wanted to apologize and tell me they’d be crediting my bank account within 3 business days.
It was nice to have them reach out to me, especially when I obviously didn’t notice!
