My upgrade set is 18k and platinum. I received the e-ring in June and the wedding band on Thursday of last week.

I love the warmth of yellow gold and always knew that’s what I wanted. My rings are both 18k gold ( the engagement ring with platinum claws ) ❤️

14k yellow gold for both ering and band. I’ve been seeing a few more yellow gold sets lately!

Mine is 18k. I love the contrast between the stone and the yellow gold. No regrets here!

I have a 14k gold. Didn’t think I would love yellow gold, but now I’m in love with it.

After 31 years of marriage my 2mm width 18k yellow gold wedding ring is now 1.9mm.

I like it shiny and so I polish it with a special cloth for polishing gold.

For our 25th wedding anniversary I was given a diamond solitaire in a 18k yellow gold setting. The prongs holding the diamond are 18k yellow gold too because I like the look. I have the prongs checked every few kmonths and 6 years later they still don’t need retipping.

It’s worth saying that I wear my rings every day including in the shower and in bed. I take them off for gardening and DIY.

(The little ring is my original 0.07 carat e-ring.)

Both of my rings are 18k. I work from home M-F so I don’t wear any of my rings on the daily. Any scratching is very minimal so far. My husband has an 18k yellow gold wedding band also, and he wears his everyday to work and whatnot and his definitly has scratches on it and he is very mindful of what he does with that hand while wearing it since it is softer. Despite the scratches, I think it looks wonderful still and adds a kind of patina effect!

With a user name like Midas I’m sure you can imagine that I love me some yellow gold! My set is 18k and I have only two months until I can wear them both together.

Both are 14k. The shank of the 3 stone emerald is really thick so I’m not worried about wearing it out at all. The eternity channel band is pretty solid also, but there is less metal around the diamonds than an average channel set band, so we’ll see how she holds up over time. I’ve had it for 4 years with no issues though!

I slightly preferred the look of 18k on my skin, but for the tiny difference in colour, the 14k is a much stronger metal, so I was more comfortable wearing that daily as I am really hard on my jewellery.

My husband just gave me my 14k gold upgrade a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love yellow gold and it was a 100% must have for me. My wedding ring I wear with this e ring is also yellow gold and I’ve had it since we got married three years ago. Minor minor scratches have occurred, but nothing you can see unless you’re searching for it. I also have another yellow gold band I wear on my right hand that’s 10k, and also has minor scratches after three years wear. I did take it to the jewelers once to have the scratches taken out and it was an easy process that took all of three minutes 😊

YG is just so flattering on some skin tones. I really like the idea of mix and matching metals. I have not had any scratches and I have been wearing my ring for around 4 months now!
