My husband and I have decided on these colours for our nursery. I have decided on quite a few things, but would love to see what others have done, or your inspiration pictures.
I LOVE the idea of little birdies and owls 🙂

@MrsSmokey: Oh I love this! Our bedroom is black white and yellow. We wanted to do gray in place of black, but the bed we ordered from ikea is printed with black flowers on it, so we went with that. Our baby’s nursery will be white, gray and turquoise, with either pops of a deep purple/plum color for a girl or red for a boy. 🙂 I also second the Project Nursery suggestion. I’ve been following them on FB for a while and they post some of the most awesome nursery pics ever! By The Way, we are doing little owls here and there. I have an owl obsession (like it’s really out of hand) and I have owl things all over my house, but we’ll only do them here and there in the nursery, so it doesn’t become the overwhelming theme. We have very similar tastes, it seems. 🙂 Good luck/have fun designing!!

Love it!!! My new kitchen & the bathroom in the house I’m moving out of is Grey & White with pops of yellow and DEEP purple! The bathroom had grey walls, white trim, & a plum ceiling with tons of yellow accents!

So, not birds or owls (and it also has some blues in there which you can ignore), but we are doing a nautical theme nursery, and this is one of our inspiration pics:

These are a friend’s photos. She painted the curtains herself using just cheap white IKEA curtains. It turned out really cute.
