Colorado girl (21 = legal drinking), only 23, so I don’t mind getting carded. (I do get kinda excited when they DON’T ask… haha I wonder how long until those tabels turn!)

All the time now. From about 19-21 I never ever got carded. I was 22 when I was first asked for ID. Even when I was 18 and bought some wine in Montreal, they never asked. I don’t get it, lol. I’m 23 now and every time I go to a bar, restaurant, the store, etc I’m asked to show ID. Hmmm. FH just turned 25 and always gets carded as well and it’s still strange for him since he’s from a country where you can be like 12 and buy alcohol and cigarettes and no one really cares at all.

I get carded maybe half the time. I’m 39. Darling Husband is one year younger and sometimes I get carded and he doesn’t. (The law is 21.)

It’s just been the last few years that it isn’t most of the time.  When I was about 29 it went down to about 1/2 the time I would be IDed.  The drinking age is 18 here.

I get carded everywhere for booze (unless we know the server) and I’m 27. I don’t mind at all!

The one time I got pissed about getting carded was at the grocery store about 3 years ago. I was buying Bridesmaids. Yes, the movie. I was going through the self checkout and the age restrictionsl warning popped up so I looked over at the cashier and gave him a wave. This little jackass, who was all of maybe 18, looks at me and says all snarky-like, “I need to see your ID. You have to be 17 to buy this.” I handed him my license and said, “Dude, I’m 24.”

Legal age here is 18 and I’m only 19, so I SHOULD get carded every time. I even look younger than I am! But its been a long time since I have been, which really makes me wonder just how many people get away with underage drinking.

Here they’re supossed to card anyone who looks under 30, too.

I rarely get carded, and it makes me sad! Here you’re technically supposed to ask anyone who looks under 40. I look under 40, dammit!

I got carded for a pg13 movie on my 21st birthday.  -_- I have one of those faces. I still get hit on by teenagers every once in a while too.

So of course I always get carded. Here hoping that when I’m in my thirties they still will and I can switch it from an insult to a compliment! Otherwise I’m going to be rather cranky! Haha.

I’m 25, and I get carded 99% of the time. Last week was the first time I can recall not getting carded at a restaurant when I ordered a glass of wine. I was excited at first, like hey I wasn’t carded! That quickly turned to, wait is the waiter implying I look old?! It’s a lose-lose situation.

I generally don’t get carded anymore. I strictly visit a liquor store down the street that has come to know my husband and I. They don’t even bother.

@sweetchiquita12:  Well I am 40 and get carded all the time… actually find it annoying more than anything
