hmmm I’m honestly not a fan.  It looks slightly young.  Like something a child might wear.  Plus it might not be the exact shade of cobalt blue as their dresses.

Personally i’m not a big fan of it as well, but if its something that would fit well in the theme of your wedding, then go for it. I think is very simple and whimsical in a way, so it would look nice for a sweet romantic wedding perhaps.

What other colours do you have for your wedding?  If the dresses are blue it might be a bit much with a blue hair ornament too, I think a hair ornament in a contrasting colour would look lovely. Maybe you could get them a white flower or a flower in your other wedding colour?

I wouldn’t consider this part of their gifts though, if I was a bridesmaid I’d see a matching hair piece as something that was part of the outfit rather than a thank you for my presence/support/efforts. A necklace or piece of jewellry would be different as you get much more use out of jewellry, you could wear a necklace to work for example whereas most of us don’t get the chance to wear flowers in our hair very often.

Very cute flower though!

My sister gave us all flowers JUST like that for the wedding but in green. I wear it ALL THE TIME. I love it. You should definitely consider that a Bridesmaid or Best Man gift 🙂 Im going to do one as well.

I think you could find nicer flowers — I have bought a few from Etsy, that are of a similar design, but a little more.. detailed? full?

I would definitely ask your ladies on the sly if it is their style, some women love the hair flowers, and some just do not dig them. So I would keep that in mind–I mean, what if you bought them and only half of the girls really liked them & the others felt.. obligated to wear them?

I think hair flowers are cute, but I would be worried that the blue would not match the blue of their dresses.  Plus, if it’s not really their style, I don’t know if they would wear it again and then it might not be the best gift idea?  The idea is cute though.

i like it… but it may not match… maybe do a hair flower in an accent color instead 🙂

We’re actually doing something VERY similar. My bridesmaids will be wearing this:

with their yellow dresses. Along with the flower hair pins they will be getting wristlets from Express, customized stationery, and a gray single coin pearl necklace from Etsy. I would suggest buying one to see if it matches and then go from there!

If you love them, go for it. Personally, it’s not my style.

I think I might like it better if it had a little something extra.  Like maybe some sparkly beads in the center to add some character and make it seem less “little girl”.

These are a little more sophisticated and maybe you can special order them in your color?
