I like the overall size. Not a huge fan of a squared halo though. The setting appears costumey against such a large stone. Could be because the stone is more yellow than the brighter stones and light colored band.

I know a couple of you said you didn’t like the setting, but that is so easy to change! I plan to change the setting anyways! But I’d keep the diamond for a long time. The person selling this diamond to me is a family friend and giving it to me for what he paid. Which is over half off retail. He hasn’t set the diamond in the setting completely, it’s only sitting on top of a setting.

I literally can’t tell the difference between a warm diamond and a colorless diamond, so color is not remotely on my radar for the 4 Cs! I’m very much a cut>carat>clarity>>>>>>>>>color girl! Looks beautiful! Rock it

How do you say NO to that!? 🙂

I think the diamond is amazingly fantastic. The color of it looks beautiful with your skin tone, and what matters most is that you love it. If it makes you feel happy inside each time you look down at it, then I say go for it!

I had to take it at really weird angles to make it look as warm as possible for those pictures, that’s why they are so blurry:)

@princessshay: Yes!! I love the warmth and moodiness which is why i went with a J. That setting…LOVE IT!!

@princessshay: it’s beautifull. i am very colour sensitive so i don’t care for diamonds over g colour but i know some people love the warmer diamonds. have you looked at it in different light? i say, if you like it, get it.

@princessshay: I prefer colorless diamonds, but honestly yours is so gorgeous who cares! It may look a tad warm sitting right next to a colorless, but anyone who sees that isn’t going to think “omg her stone is an “”M””…they are going to think wow look at that big beautiful, sparkly rock.
Go for it! Absolutely stunning!

@princessshay: HOLY COW that is gorgeous! LOVE IT!

@princessshay: It’s totally up to you! Personally, I dislike yellow in a diamond, hence mine is color E, but there are women who love the warmth of a yellow tint.

@princessshay: There is really no right or wrong answer. It really depends on if you personally want a warm diamond. I LOVE warmer diamonds. If I had to pick a new diamond right this second, I’d go as far as to say I’d prefer a champagne stone to a white one. That Probably makes me biased, but I think that stone is beautiful, and the warmer tone gives it character!
