I’m not waiting on anything at the moment but I know exactly what it feels like to wait. It feels like a kid waiting on Christmas! lol

Beautiful ring though! I remember reading your story with your sapphire πŸ™  Did you decide on moissanite?

I’m waiting on mine. This is it:

It’s going to be an unenhanced 6mm moissanite solitaire. The wax was done and at the jeweler’s on Friday, and I was assured I’d have it by the 30th at the lastest. I keep refreshing my email too waiting for the “we’re done and shipping it” email. 9 more days! Ahhh, I’m so impatient!

Yipeebee:  pretty ring! So you decided not to use your setting and get an oval moissy?  I love that 3 stone!

Yipeebee:  Ugh! Waiting is so, so hard! I’m waiting on a really pretty YG band. Hoping to wear it from time to time as a set with my original ERing. And, maybe, even to stack it with my platinum “anniversary” set sometimes, if it’s not too wide.

According to the seller (chatted online with them last night), it should ship out today. But I still haven’t received a tracking number email. *sigh*

Yipeebee:  6mm is supposedly .75 carats but I’ve heard it’s closer to .8, though not sure as I’ve never had a chance to weigh it or compare it to a .75 carat diamond. I don’t mind color and I really like the warmth of the moissanites (I’ve always felt that white stones wash me out, oddly enough), but I hope it’s not super yellow. We’ll see! I’ll post pics once it gets here.

Glad you decided to go with a new setting. It would have been a shame to dismantle your pretty blue ring!
