I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you! I know down here in the South, 8 days out is too far away to plan anything. Our weather changes all the time!

Hang in there!  When I started stalking the weather for my wedding day it said 60% showers too.  The day was beautiful with only a few wispy cloulds in the sky.  Sending good weather thoughts your way!

8 days is way to far in advance to start stressing out. and by the way, i dont know if you live in the northeast, but weatherman here are SUCKING this summer at predicting the weather; they are SUCKING at even looking out the window and telling you what the weather is….

i checked the weather the other morning and the “current conditions” forecast was “100% cloud coverage”. i was bummed, so i stayed in bed another hour, checked again to the same report and then finally dragged my a** out of bed. and what do i find when i get out there??? abundant sunshine and 80 degrees. thanksfornothing, weatherchannel.com!!!!

i swear im not exaggerating at all. don’t stress. the weather will be what it will be but we are all putting happy thoughts in for “abundant sunshine” !!!

I worried like crazy for 10 days leading up to my wedding. The forecast changed every day and each of the 4 websites I was looking at said something different. It was very frustrating! But you know what?? It was beautiful for our ceremony and reception which were both outdoors. I know if is so hard but try not to stress over it. That is my one regret is how much worrying I did for nothing. Your day will be gorgeous!!!

I can vouche for the crappy weather forecasting in NYC! I honestly don’t even trust it if I’m checking the day before. Last night said scattered rain but we didnt even get a drop…There is ALWAYS hope so don’t stress 🙂

Seriously way too soon to be stressing, take my advice! The whole week prior to my wedding it said 0% chance rain, sunny and mid 70’s. All the way up to Friday night prior when our officiant called and said the weather changed. We were in a dead zone and had no internet and wasnt watching TV. It had changed to 80% pop up thunderstorms ALL afternoon and cool 60 degrees, total outdoor ceremony by waterfall that I was not giving up. Stressed a bit and then let it go. Pop up thunderstorms are just that, sparatic, pop up and not a gaurantee at least where I live. Next morning, chances went down but we took the risk and had a beautiful ceremony! Sun was shining and at the time everyone said the clouds and storms would come. Did ceremony and pictures in less than 90 minutes then back to the cabin. It started to storm an hour after we left. We were blessed! But, yes 8 days even 3 is too much too soon to worry.
