Jazzlynn:  I do yoga every week at my gym. By itself it doesn’t feel like much but I love going after a really hard workout. It let’s me relax, stretch, and challenge my muscles just a little bit further. I love it!

I practice yoga typically one or twice a week. I love it and wish I could do it more. It is usually quite a workout for me as I go to more vigorous, flow based classes. Unfortunately I don’t have online video suggestions because I practice in a studio but I would love to hear some other bees favorite online yoga resources.

I do hot yoga 5 times a week!  My body has completely transformed in the two months i’ve been going.  A lot of people don’t realize how much of a workout a flow class is.  Love yoga!!!

I’ve gotten obsessed with Core Power Yoga over the past 3ish months. My body is starting to look better than it has in years and I feel like it has positive mental effects on me too.

If you haven’t been to a hot yoga class, go! I love it.

Lesley Fightmaster is who I follow on YouTube.

Oops: just saw your post about heat stroke.

That’s great.  I started doing yoga back when the Wii came out – it really helped strengthen a bad knee I had, plus I could touch the floor again.  I had no idea I’d favored it that much.  I still remember when I was a kid and my best friend’s mom was a yoga instructor.  I thought she was crazy, haha.

I have just convinced my husband to start doing yoga with me.  I found a men’s 30 day yoga challenge for free on DoYouYoga.com – just have to sign up is all.  It’s hard for him, but we think it’s helping him clear up his lungs (allergies, bad cold, etc) as well as to get more flexible.  I’m doing it alongside of him and while they’re just 10 minutes long and the guy talks for a good portion of that, when he does have you exercising it’s hard in a totally different way than the women’s yoga I’ve been doing on youtube.  I just signed up for a 14 day challenge course through them as well, which loks a bit more cardio based.

The downside is he gets to give me a 30 day challenge too and it’s to reduce my grain and dairy intake pretty significantly

Yoga with Adrienne is my faaaaavvoorrriiittteeee. She’s on YouTube and has tons of videos for all sorts of yoga for different levels and different ailments.

I used to do Bikram but I haven’t done it in a while. I like doing yoga at home and I’m trying to get back into it.
