I have tons of yoga videos that I no longer need because well… I spend half the time in an uncomfortable “no I am not going to fart” muscle formation so they really aren’t enjoyable for me. If you feel comfortable you can have ’em we can swap, you send me something that you don’t really need or use and Ill send you these dvds. It could be fun. I use to do this with penpals. If not I recommend Ross or TJmaxx for Yoga videos because even if you hate them they only cost like $2.99.

I have Sara Ivanhoe’s Crunch Total Yoga DVD.  It’s a beginner DVD but I like it because it has two different workouts on it and I usually work up a good sweat and feel very stretched and relaxed afterwards.

I like anything by Sara Ivanhoe.  I enjoy her style and she’s enthusiastic without being too annoying.  I really like her 20 Minute Makeover series.  It has 5 different 20-minute workouts, each focusing on a different area.  These are easy to follow and quick to do, but give you a nice little yoga workout.
