We finally received our wedding pictures and I’m excited to share! Not many of the close-ups turned out great because I came down with a cold and fever the day of. The cold weather we got coming in to Yosemite that Friday really took a toll on me. However, I must admit, I enjoyed experiencing winter, spring and summer in one weekend. Other than a few glitches like some of our guests not being able to hear the ceremony because the DJ couldn’t put a mic on our officiant, me getting sick and not getting to really enjoy taking pictures because it was cold at some of the locations we went to and not being able to taste my food, and some of the kids not getting their kiddy favor, it was perfect! I feel truly blessed to have had the weather we did on our wedding day and being able to have it at Yosemite.

It was so much fun planning. All of the work was well worth it and I could not have had more fun at the wedding if tried.

Wow! great photos! You have to blow up and frome the one of you guys by the stone wall with the waterfall in the background – so surreal!
What was your venue?

OMG wow what a beautiful wedding, everything is lovely. Your dress is beautiful, one of my fave photos is a close up of you from behind of you walking back across the wooden path after the first look and you’re looking back at the camera – STUNNING! If I’d seen these photos before my wedding it would convince me to do a first look.
Beautiful, you should be very proud of these 😉

@crayfish: The Ahwahnee Hotel. 🙂
Lovely photos OP, I’ll be there in just a few weeks. Curious what was your final guest count?

Thank you, everyone! We HAD to have our wedding at Yosemite. We are outdoorsmen and Yosemite was the perfect venue for us. We are very please with our photographers and can’t wait to print these to frame and hang all over our home.
@Treejewel19: Our final guest count was 85. We originally planned for 75, but our guest list kept gowing as we continued to plan. We invited 120 in total, but we we’re pleased to end up with a small wedding as we orinally wanted. Are you having your wedding there as well?

@Mmmmaria: Sounds perfect! I’m glad it worked for you guys and of course everything is beautiful.
We had hoped to have it there but with our high guest could of 150 it just wasn’t feasible so we did our engagement photos there instead and I’m glad we did as photos there just can’t be anything but incredible (as you well know). While I was somewhat saddened that it didn’t work out our wedding was gorgeous and everyone was able to come which wouldn’t have been the case in Yosemite.
We will just have to settle with going twice a year like always. 😉
