i really need tips on how to gain weight :/ I feel like my weight is great when im a little heavier (goes straight to my boobs and booty) but can’t seem to keep it on! i keep defaulting to the weight i am now.. <100lbs and really want to be around 115/120.
I eat normally and i think the problem is that i work a lot and a really high metabloism. Not many ppl have this problem but i and Fiance like me when there’s more me..

Maybe protein shakes? And try to build a bit of muscle – lift some weights.
It’s probably a bad idea to eat crappy food to put the weight on… but I’d be tempted if that were my problem lol.

@piticuta Lucky you! What a nice problem to have (I wish, lol). I would try protein shakes and also weight training to build some muscle. Don’t resort to junk food. Good luck!

I have a friend who’s like you, she’s painfully thin and literally has to eat every 2-3 hours or she starts feeling faint.
My advice would be… eat a little more? 🙂 🙂 🙂 Maybe add more carbs to your diet? You know, do what the Italians do and eat garlic bread with your pasta. Yummy!

Weight loss shakes are good for gaining weight if you drink them IN ADDITION to your regular meals. It’s an extra few hundred calories and lots of nutrition in a can. For a few months my mom made my brother drink a SlimFast with every meal – it worked (he had been working out a lot and got really thin).

Eat a pint of ben and jerry’s? Those have at least 1000 calories usually lol.

ok now i have tried protein shakes but im a very crazy mental kinda of person in that if i know protein is in the shake i get nauseous and throw up, which is then pointless to consum the damn protein. and steak dinners? all the damn time haha its really annoying.

Yeah, its cause your weight fluctuates too much. Stop eating red meat, and eat chicken. So at least you’ll be healthy. Just for a bit, consume more calores than what you burn, find out your resting calories burned and eat more than that.

Go with high calorie drinks like protein shakes, juice or milkshakes. They don’t necessarily fill you up, but they have calories and nutrients.
