Weight training and GOMAD (gallon of milk a day, if you REALLY wanted), whole fat milk/yoghurt, good sources of protein etc.
If you want to gain weight, gain some muscle! It might take a while and will be slow but it will SO definitely be worth it, even if it is only a couple of kilos it will make a huge difference for someone of your frame/weight. Plus weights are fun! Look up NROLFW, Stronglifts 5×5 or Starting Strength by Rippetoe

@piticuta: I am 5’4 and used to weigh about 102lbs until I started lifting weights- heavy weights! Lift for strength and you will crave more food and put on some weight. I weigh 116 now, but lean. I feel strong. I thus recommend lifting big! (It’s pretty much impossible to look masculine by accident, so don’t worry about that.) Adding muscle can add size to your bum, even! Not to your chest though.
It took about a year to put on 15lbs of muscle, and then my weight plateaued. It’s been a steady number for 5 or so years. If I slack off for a month, I lose 2lbs.

@piticuta: Protein is your best bet, but I suggest working out along with that. You’ll gain muscle weight, and it may not increase the size of your breasts, but with the right workout your ass will look fantastic either way.

I’d try putting on actual muscle as opposed to just eating to get the number on the scale up! It’ll be better for you in the long run.
