@Misswhowedding:   I was expecting to read that he had put the stamps on the inner envelopes!!  LOL  That’s a great story.

This is why I didn’t let anyone help me.  My mom put the labels on my favors upside down after I had spent like nine hours assembling all of them.

@Misswhowedding:  LOL my Darling Husband would’ve done the same, or maybe even worse….. gotta love them!! I had an assembly line going with my mom and sister and it worked out perfectly.

My Fiance did the same thing! Fortunutly it was just our test invitation but I look over after handing him the stamps and the cake is sideways! Too funny!

@Misswhowedding:  Oh my god. That’s so funny. I can just imagine you doing one of those “Really?” looks that Jim does on The Office like this:

Don’t blame him.  The post office clerk told me to put them on the wrong way.  Luckily I put on my glasses first and saw which way they really went.  As far as your guy, at least he went with the correct position for the flag.  Points for that!

@Misswhowedding:  Lol! Sounds like something my guy would do! Especially if he was watching tv or something. He has a one track mind. Men!

Whenever I use those particular flag stamps I tend to put that one on sideways as well!

As you said, people probably won’t notice and the PO is fine with it.  However, if you want to try, I’ve noticed that I can peel off the new forever stamps and reapply without problem.  Maybe after the adhesive sets a while you can’t, I don’t know, I’ve only done it within a few minutes or maybe a couple hours.
