@MsBrooklynA: Just out of curiosity, why would it be over the deep end if she paid for her own ring?

I love emerald cut diamonds. I love all step cut diamonds. I think they’re very elegant and beautiful.  However, they need to be tasteful, and let’s face it, those are not tasteful. They would be beautiful, if they weren’t so large.

The truth is, I love that style of eternity ring. I even thought about getting that style as my wedding band, but decided against it.  Actually, I’m hoping DH will get me one for our 10th anniversary (either that or emerald cut diamond earrings), and I’ll wear it on my right hand. But I want it on a MUCH smaller scale.

I do think she can bend her finger though, but it will definitely hurt if her hubby squeezes her hand when they’re holding hands.

Oh! I counted the diamonds on that wedding band… 13 diamonds, that means each one is over 1 carat each. That’s ridiculous!!!

(I do like her husband’s band though. I actually like it a lot.)

I quite like her e-ring, but combined with the thickness of that band, it just takes away from it all. If she wore them on two hands, I think you’d appreciate them a bit more. (Also… I never knew there was such a thing as ‘too big’ until now.)

I agree with others that its ugly.  I have always loved Khloe’s!  Rumor has it that Scott & Kourtney are next.  I don’t know if anyone else read this but I guess Kim MADE $18 mil off her wedding.

i actually really like her band and paired with a different ering could look good – her ering  just looks overdone.

@miss sparkly cat: right on! i love khloe’s set

her and lamar crack me up – i cant help but watch their show.

more so because i dont think she actually wanted something so big but because she wants her ring to be bigger and better then everyone else. i think the ring is so much more about her status to her then the commitment between her and chris. i also think it more represents what she wants people to think anout the two of them then the commitment. i guess my traditional side just says that he should be the one to pick and pay but its more her attitude towards the entire process that puts me off to it.

sorry about any mispellings. the bee still hates my android.

Ugh, too much bling for sure. I hope that we see pics of the rings wore separately because they don’t go together well. I agree on liking Khloe’s set better. Hers looks like a nice stacked ring set, nothing over the top and ridiculous. Of course, this isn’t going to stop me from taping and watching the specials.

Ugh…this whole obsession with fame and celebrity is strange to me. She’s famous for a sex tape…and now she’s married, does that seem backward to anyone else?? Don’t care, rings are ugly, will be divorced in a few months.

That ring is not pretty – it’s just so huge it looks fake! Like one of those fake rings girls wear for bachelorette parties. That and at least in the pictures I’ve seen, it doesn’t seem to have much sparkle at all.

Honestly, I really like the band. But, it doesn’t compliment her e-ring at all. It’s like she went to the store and said, “Give me the most expensive ring you have!” without even trying it on to see if it looked good with her e-ring.

I mean, she could have done something dainty and simple like Khloe’s, and it would look gorgeous. But NOO…

I like Kim, but she is an attention whore.
