- My ring is 1.15 carat center stone. I am 27 and my husband is 29.
I love my ring!! I got engaged 3 days ago and just can’t stop looking at it! It’s a 2.05ct princess cut diamond with a thin delicate white gold band.
I’m 27 years old and the fiance is 30.
Can’t wait for you to get your ring so we can perve on it too!!
My fiancé and I just got engaged on Saturday! We both just recently had birthdays. I’m 22, he’s 24. I’m finishing up my senior year of undergrad and he’s a law student.
My ring is a center stone of 3/8 (D-E, VVSI) from my promise ring he gave me three years ago, surrounded by six 1/5 (same specs) of diamonds. I love the uniqueness and dome-shape! It sparkles like crazy!
OP, I can’t wait to see yours!!
All your rings are absolutely beautiful. Congrats to all!!! I just got an upgrade setting but I have to say I do feel ridiculous posting here since I am 41😅. No one believe I have a 19 year old and that that is my age. Most people think I am in my early 30,s so maybe that’s why I could post here with all of you? 😜 My princess cut center diamond is 1.60 and my new halo pavé setting is total 1 ct so a total of 2.60 ring:) I still need to pick my wedding band!
All of these are beautiful; wanted to contribute my promise/RH ring, and my .31 ct D colour solitaire (on the smaller side compared to some here!) to the mix.
Me and my Fiance are both 26, which is young for our cohort where I live. I’m still studying (postgrad) and he’s working full-time. He proposed to me with a promise ring, which I intended to keep, but after going instore and trying on a solitaire style, I couldn’t help but be torn so the lady convinced us to compromise and get both (typical saleswoman tactic but we were on a high, and it was still within FI’s budget – he didn’t want me to worry about prices so I didn’t initially know the costs, but I found out later, and me then doing a weddingbee binge on different qualities and bang for buck etc., ended up getting the solitaire elsewhere). My regret is rushing into the purchase without looking at different styles/in different shops before going ahead and buying.
So, my advice is discuss budget, do your research, and try on a number of different styles to get a feel for what you like and what suits you 🙂
Everyones rings are just beautiful, it’s great to know a lot of people are students because my fiancé proposed about a month and a half ago and I felt funny being a fiancé whilst still studying as I feel so young! But hey you can’t help when you meet the love of your life can you? 🙂
Mine is a 3.01c cushion cut diamond on a plain white gold band
As well as all the rings posted in this thread – also all very gorgeous:)
I wouldn’t consider myself young, really, but my fiance and I were the first in our local social circle to get engaged (young professionals in San Francisco). We were both 27 when we got engaged (and are getting married at age 28 in less than 2 months!)
We’re 20 and 22, just got married earlier this month 🙂
Fiance and I are both 20! We turn 21 next month (our birthdays are 3 days apart). My ring is .75 ct total and 14k gold 🙂 it also has two sapphires hidden under the halo! It’s my birthstone. I still need to get it resized though as it is about a half size too big 🙁
My star! <3
Here’s mine! My husband and I are both 23 now, but we were 20 years old when we got married (super young!). I have two wedding bands – one wide plain gold band and this one. Love both! 🙂 I don’t know the specs on them, though.
I’m 23, Fiance is 26. My diamond is approx 1 ct (given to us by my parents) and the smaller diamonds are an additional 1 1/3 cttw
