A glass of water.  A hot shower.  Followed by a glass of gatorade.  Followed by plain white rice and scrambled eggs.  Two Advil.

Water, gatorade, 2 aspirin, and if you can stand it, a bloody mary!

Really greasy food, like a fast food bisquit sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese. And lots and lots of water.  Grease seems to help me….

Smart water and advil. Smart water has the electrolytes but no sugar (unlike gatorade). That sugar can end up making you feel worse (sugar crash = headache). Also – this will sound awful, but for future reference, a glass of water and a cup of pickle juice before you go to bed.

Buy a squeeze bottle of Gatorade and chug the entire thing.  That always worked for me and never gave me any headaches!  The next time you drink just drink a ton of water before you go to bed.  It’s the dehydration that caues hangovers

@MlleBrielle: Yup, when you feel you can leave the house without puking…head to your nearest drive-thru.  Greasy burger and fries with a soda/pop.

I always like Gatorade or Ginger Ale, and lots of crackers!! A really long hot shower too!

Vitamin + advil, then greasy food and alternating water (hydration) and pop (caffeine)

Lots of water and some fast food!  A bloody mary or mimosa will do the trick too if you don’t have anything to do today 🙂

Migraine medicine, water, orange juice (or any other sugary drink), lots of carbs, protein, and starch (pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, & bacon/sausage)!

V8 juice and/or miso soup.  Both are a bit salty and seem to replenish so vitamins and fluids.
