I was going to say Spinach dip but the artichoke dip sounds better! I’ll have to try that myself.

layered bean dip:

  -refried beans

  -shredded taco cheese

  -salsa

  -sour cream

-Aleternate layers in a baking dish, top with some jalepnos(if you wish)  and tons of cheese on top. Bake at 350 until everything looks at melty and delicious. Serve with totillas chips.

Home made(and super easy) mac and cheese:

 -1 qt heavy whipping cream

 – 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar

 – 1 box of shells or elbow noodles

-Cook the heavy cream in a large pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Watch it carefully, it can boil over quickly. Reduce heat and add the cheese until all metled together. Pour over cooked noodles. For an extra touch put in a baking dish and cover with bread crumbs and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 min or so.

Those are always a hit when I bring them, there’s never left overs! Have fun at your party.

I make a baked brie that’s always a big hit. Take a wheel of brie, throw some jam on top (I usually use raspberry and put some rosemary in it) and wrap it in puff pastry (brush some egg on top) and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes. It’s out of this world. I also put sprigs of rosemary and aestically pleasing raspberries on top after the egg wash too, just for presentation.

I agree with all PP with the seven layer dip.

My personal fave is the buffalo chicken dip. Shredded rotisserie chicken, mix it with cream cheese, buffalo sauce and mexican blend cheese. Put it in a casserole dish, top with ranch dressing drizzle and more shredded cheese and bake until its nice and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos.

We have added pasta to that and made it a dinner before. Super yum!

Sausage dip:

Brown ground sausage (I use the Jamestown mild breakfast sausage) in a pan. Drain and put in a crockpot. Add a block of cream cheese and a can of original recipe Rotel. I always make a double batch so I just use 2 of everything.

dodobee :  I know this is an appetizer, but people ask me for the recipe EVERY time I bring this somewhere because it is so amazing and it is super simple

1 can of yellow corn

1 can of white corn

1 can of rotelle

1 package of cream cheese

1 tablespoon-ish of cilantro, although we sometimes put in more  or less to taste

chili powder (approx 2 tsp, but more or less depending on your preference)

a little garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

you heat it up for about 2 minutes to soften the cream cheese, mix and serve with tortilla chips. Can be served warm or cold.  Literally the best dip ever.
