idk if you have this product near you, but Odwalla makes a smoothie called C monster (I love the strawberry one) I find them in my local grocery store in the produce section with all of the refrigerated pomegranate juice.

I had a cold a few weeks ago, and I pretty much guzzled those and took some cough syrup- and I’m good to go. who knows, it could just be my mind- but they’re tasty and all natural and all that jazz.

I have a crappy immune system so I feel like I have a cold every other week sometimes (not really, but I hate colds!!). What helps me is to do any or all of the following:

-drink plenty of fluids (this means I usually am drinking herbal tea and water a lot, plus leave a G2 – the low sugar Gatoraid – in the living room and one in my bedroom)

-orange juice. I  only crave orange juice when I’m getting sick! I make sure to get lower sugar juice and not made from concentrate

-get plenty of sleep

-Neti Pot

-throw away tissues often

Feel better soon!

There’s this stuff called Zicam spray that you use when you first feel symptoms coming on, and it works great! Gets rid of coughing/throat tickle.
