I really didn’t get too much this year. I went to Target last night around 10 p.m. since it was on my way home.  I really didn’t see anything I wanted enough to wait in the long checkout line for.  This afternoon I went back to Target and WalMart and found nothing exciting! I went to bestbuy and bought a few DVDs and Season 7 of Grey’s Anatomy since Fiance has it on her wishlist.  I also picked up some stocking stuffers at Ulta.  After that I head home and bought a few things online and called it a day.

We didn’t get a ton of stuff but we got exactly what we went for and now our Christmas shopping is almost complete! ๐Ÿ™‚

We went to the 10 PM sale at walmart. We got a furbie (9 bucks off orginal price), furreal friend (not sure how much off), my husband three shirts (for 6 something a piece) and myself 3 scarfs. (They had the scarfs for a dollar something!) ๐Ÿ™‚

Then we went to gamestop at 5AM and my husband got 4 games. He got one for free! Back to walmart after that and we got 10k gold earrings, 2 watches, a bracelet and some other small things. We spent right under $100 but I also got a few none Christmas items. So a great deal! We only have two more people to shop for and we are done! ๐Ÿ™‚

Black Friday is becoming popular in Canada, I guess the reatailers are trying to keep us up here rather than crossing the border. Sales weren’t that great, but La Senza did have some good sales so I picked up some bras and sleep wear, then I went on Sephora and bought some much needed styuff. They didn’t really have any Black Friday sales on the Canadian website, but they had some good promo codes for some fun stuff.

I stay FAR AWAY from the malls and stores so you will never see me waiting in lines or being in crowds on Black Friday.  Luckily,  I’ve already finished all of my X-mas shopping.  However, I did end up getting a coupon in the mail today for Victoria’s Secret, so I bought me some new undies and jammies online.

Well I just got a camera too! I went back to Target to get one and they sold the last one to the lady in front of me… So I came home and bought that camera online through the Target website. $89 sales price was originally $159.99! =D We went to the book store too but the sales weren’t great so I decided to just buy Warm Bodies later on.

My husband worked from 4pm Thanksgving to 4pm Black Friday at Wal-Mart… yes that’s not a typo. He worked 24 hours.

During his second lunch break, he was able to snag us a blu-ray player and a Wii. I worked the overnight shift at a gas station. After I finished work, I made three stops. GameStop, Kohls, and Maurices.

I got us some games and extra accessories for the Wii and a bunch of clothes.

I was the second person in line for the games at Walmart. I struck a deal with the gentleman behind me that I would get his games if he helped hold back the people since the games we wanted were on the bottom row and people started to push to get the games. At the same time dh was the first in line for the Wii (We were in line for 2.5 hours btw) and after we got those items we got the Wii draw and a bike for the little man.

Went home and worked 8-12 the next day then went to Kmart and got my daughter a mp3 player/camera, a razor, a bedding set, boots, and clothes for my son. Came home and we went to Toysrus and finished out the Christmas shopping for the kids then went to the mall and stopped at The Children’s place which had great deals for clothes for my daughter. Then we went to Game stop for buy 2 get 1 free games.

We spent a total of around $600 but I calculated that we saved over $350 with the sales we hit. ๐Ÿ™‚
