GAH! All these shoes are making me die with shoe envy! If I wasn’t 5’11, I would be wearing heels! I’ll probably end up wearing flats.. -_- Even though my fiance is over 6’5, I love feeling so short without heels so I won’t be a tall stick figure.

Ever since Burlesque came out, I have ALWAYS been in love with the Louboutins that (I can’t remember his name in the movie) McSteamy (LOL!) buys for Christina Aguilera:
But that’s just not realistic! For the price tag, or my coutry-chic wedding theme… lol! So these are what I’m wearing:
Much more me! And it’s something I can two-step in ALL night long! 😉

I have been wearing them around the house for two weeks now. They are broken in!

They’re not bad. I mean obviously runners and what not are more comfortable, and it depends on how my feet are doing. Like yesterday for example was a rough day for my feet. Monday I made the mistake of forgetting to bring a lunch and flats so I had to walk to the mall which was like 2 blocks away, then walk all the way across the mall to the food court so I could get something healthier than A&W, plust I spent a fair amount of time walking around at work (new job in a fairly large building and I went on a tour) so my feet were already sore from that. Then yesterday I wore an adorable pair of Madden Girls that just do not do good things to my feet. So when I put on the Manolos last night? It was like putting my feet in butter. But they are a little high so if I’ve been in comfy shoes all day then they’re not great. We are technically getting married in winter so my feet shouldn’t be a swollen as they are right now due to the high heat and humidity we currently have so that will help. Plus I find that if I wear REALLY uncomfortable shoes a lot and then put on a slightly uncomfortable pair of shoes that they end up feeling really comfortable. So the plan for like 3 weeks before the wedding is to always wear uncomfortable shoes at work, and wear really uncomfortable shoes while running around before the wedding so that by the time the time comes to put on my lovelies that they’ll be hella comfortable.

The one of the left (with tan heels and flowers) I fell in love with. I found it on pinterest and have no idea about the brand (i don’t care for brand as long as the shoe is affordable and gorgeous). I settled for the one on the right for my wedding. I found it on eBay for under $40.00

@Saria213: I think you had a great trade off… it looks exact except for the shoe clip/ embellishment.

I hope you find them, they’re fantastic! I know the store I found them at only had one in my size. They come in grey, too.

I know what you mean about the comfort level, I’m planning on thoroughly breaking in mine before the big day! I’m so happy to hear that you’re loving them though! I’m still considering getting a pair in the future. 😉
I know, I thought the same thing! After falling in love with the Manolos I was having a really hard time finding anything I’d even consider wearing. I KNEW I wanted blue, but nothing was doing it for me. One day I was on Nordstrom just pining away at the Manolos, trying to decide whether I could swing an extra $755 into our budget, when I figured I might as well see if they have anything else of interest and BOOM! There they were. I literally squealed with delight and ordered them right there on the spot haha. 😀

Those valentinos are are my dream shoe too! In the blush shade – I’d prefer they not have the d’orsay, but would totally buy those too! – Question, were you able to find these shoes in stock anywhere????? I have been a hunt for 37.5 in the blush (I like the lace as pictured or the satin blush -same style), but haven’t had any luck finding valentinos in stock in my size. Just curious if your search turned up anything:)
