I didn’t get to work with her. I loved her rings too but she would barely answer my questions. After a few incomplete responses, I contacted other vendors until I found someone who was responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. People are busy and small businesses don’t have much help but if you don’t take time to respond to your customers, you are not running a real business. Turned out that some vendors can make something similar if you send them a picture.

@Sb91:  She DID respond to me, but yes, I didn’t find her very helpful sometimes.

However, I wouldn’t trade my beautiful ring for anything. I LOVE my ring from her. I think she is very busy (for good reason) and she should try to be better with her communication, but I honestly didn’t have many questions. I just wanted my ring!

I promise though that she does sell quality work and is trustworthy. As I said in another thread, I fall in love with my ring more and more every day!

@Sb91: Also, I have seen similar styles of rings, but I don’t think they compare to mine honestly. Her rings are delicate and sparkly (which most sapphires aren’t). I really think she has an eye for pretty stones. And her work is just unique. I can always identify when someone has an EP ring. =)

I agree with yoga fairIe.  her rings are the most beautiful things ever!  I still can’t get over mine.  However, I also agree her communication as of late is lacking.

When my fiancé ordered my ring last year, he said Ashe was very helpful.  So maybe she IS just busy.  Not a good excuse, as that probably won’t keep her busy for long.  Too bad

I was surprised I heard back so fast. I asked about buying a setting only for a peach sapphire I had and she replied within 2 days.

@bndmusicfactory:  Yes! Our customer service wasn’t terrible, by any means. But yeah, she definitely could have been a little bit more involved. I’ve heard that more recently she’s gotten a little bit better though, so that’s good!!

@lilsweetie:  I’m glad to hear!! I really hope that she has realized that she needs to up the customer service… her rings are too pretty to see her go out of business for an easy fix!
