I eat oatmeal. Every single morning at work. It’s cheap, fast, and filling.

Sometimes I have oatmeal, slim fast & fruit, the low fat turkey breakfast bowls (has like pototoes, egg whites, turkey sausage, low fat cheese), smart ones breakfast burritos, cottage cheese and fruit. I try to mix it up a bit.

I normally always eat oatmeal with flax seed in it. Very filling! But today, I was my sugar fix, so I brought a poptart 🙂

I usually have half of a bagel thin with natural PB. It usually keeps me full until just about lunchtime!

Greek yogurt with chopped nuts, granola, and/or honey mixed in.

Apple and cheddar cheese cubes.

I have oatmeal every day at work.  I’ve been buying BetterOats, which I think is tastier than Quaker.

I have 2 go to work breakfasts. First is a banana sometimes paired with some sort of bread product from the bakery on the way. Second is museli and milk which are super easy to store at the office and a perfect way to start teh day healthy.

nutrigrain bars, greek yogurt with flax seed, i keep a box of cereal at work and eat it dry, and i brought those frozen microwave breakfast sammiches for a while but didn’t like them. unfortunately we have a cafeteria that makes amazing omelets, giant blueberry pancakes, sausage patties & links, various eggs, potatoes, everything else delicious. they have oatmeal and stuff too but who wants that when you can have everything else? i try to be good (even though i love breakfast food more than anything!) and i rarely go there – maybe once every few weeks when i’m really hungry.

A chobani yogurt.  Not my breakfast of choice, but its easy and sort of keeps me full until lunch time.

I keep a box of kashi cereal in my desk at work – the blueberry flakes kind (I have a subscription on Amazon so I never have to remember to order it and it is significantly cheaper than buying it in the store)  and I keep a thing of low fat plain yogurt in the fridge.  I love it and can eat it every morning =)

I know its unconventional, but there are so many different variations and I can take leftovers from dinner since we almost always have one type and then I can add some protein to it for breakfast

spinach with a bacon dressing, add chicken

mexi-style

butter lettuce, chicken, veggies, and thai peanut dressing

spinach, grapefruit, red onion, chickpeas grapefruit vinaigrette. etc

so many options.

I also like egg salad, chicken salad topped on lettuce
