I’ve tried cheap brands and expensive brands, my favorite is Batiste Dry Shampoo(teal/yellow can) available in most drug stores. Ojon from sephora is good but not better then Batiste and the Ojon cost about $10more!

Least favorite is Tresemme, was too white and left a gross feeling in my hair

Klorane Extra Gentle Dry Shampoo, The best one I have ever used. Annoying since its requires using very little and massaging in well if you have dark hair. I tried the new marc anthony second day clear, I like that it goes on clear, no matter how much you use, but its less absorbant as the klorane.

@GFerg:  I found it at Shoppers(Canada) but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it at Target and Walgreens

Psssst is my favorite, and is at most drugstores.  The powder is white, so it may not be ideal for dark hair, but as a blonde, I love it.  It’s about $4 a bottle, and smells great! Also, I found it in travel size at Bed Bath & Beyond, so it comes on all my trips with me!

Yup Batiste is the best – the pink can is not so great, though. Make sure it’s the blue and yellow one (original).

You can get it online at Amazon.

I love Batiste! I haven’t used the original one tho, I have the colored one (in medium brown) and the volumizing one. I’ve only seen the original one in Canada, I bought mine in Ireland last summer. My Fiance was laughing at me because I bought 4 bottles to bring home with me!

Batiste!!  Anyone that comes over has to brng me one can.  My SIL introduced it to me as a styling aid.  She has vey fine hair and finds it hard to keep it in a style, and when she got married in NYC, the hairdresser batisted her her to the max and she went crazy for it.  I have a problem that I have a LOT of thick hair and it never stayed in style as it was too heavy.  Dry shampoo gave my hair that grip it needed so that I could style as I like.

Of course it’s fantastic for it’s original purpose as that of a dry shampoo as well!

@GFerg:  URGH the Tressemme is SO BAD. I picked up a travel sized can for a long weekend and it just made my hair feel like crap. Tossed that stuff in the garbage after the first use. How much is this Batiste stuff?

The Tresemme one is terrible.  I’m glad I only purchased the travel size which was half the price of the full size bottle.  It leaves white streaks on some parts of my hair and then makes the rest sticky.  Yell

I’ve tried several and still think nothing works better than baby powder.
