Quesadilla maker. It is so awesome for fast, highly customizable meals!

This is a small, inexpensive, simple item but i really can’t function without it: GARLIC PRESS!  I even bring one when we go to a cottage or camping.  essential for really crushing the garlic for salad dressings, marinades, guacamole, EVERYTHING!

other than that, cuisinart mixer, food processor and immersion blender are probably in a 3-way appliance tie.

If I had a KitchenAid I’m sure that’d be numero uno.

My favorite tool for the kitchen is this mix & chop thing from Pampered Chef. It is amazing for chopping up ground beef or chicken. Make it all even and SO EASY. We use it A LOT.

Mini mandoline. So great for slicing veggies! Even though I panic that I will slice my finger off in the process…

It’s been said but my Kitchenaid stand mixer is the best!  My mom gave me one for Christmas last year and I kind of scoffed at first since I’ve always done my baking (pies, cakes, cookies, etc) by hand.  But being able to throw in your ingredients and walk away is amazing!

I love my mandoline too, but I really consider that one as essential as peelers and knives. I could live without my Kitchenaid and panini press, but I’d replace the mandoline the day it broke if it did in fact break.

Another vote for mandoline. It makes salads and casseroles and, well, everything, so much quicker.

Either the min food chopper or my steamer.

My immersion blender and ebelskeiver (sp?) pan are my 2 favs, though my garlic press is pretty awesome as well

@LiliKitty:  Amazon has something similar to that called the ChopStir (probably cheaper than the Pampered Chef one too at $7).  I got one for myself and one for my mom one Xmas and it really is perfect for breaking up ground meats while browning them in a pan.  A good, cheap present idea!
