We love sparkling wine for breakfast, and a good variety of different cheeses, some veggies and lovely sourdough bread. My Fi and I have a “Egg day” tradition, so on saturday, he chooses the way we cook our eggs for breakfast (usually scrambled or fried) and I decide on soft boiled eggs on sunday.

Fluffy Buttermilk pancakes with butter, real maple syrup, side of bacon and a fresh latte. I could eat that every day if it was possible.

A fresh from the oven fruit scone with whipped cream and jam. Washed down with a lovely dark roast coffee. I’m currently off sweet delicious carbs until the wedding. I can’t wait to indulge in a fresh scone the morning after – in 54 days!!

Dim sum! We rarely did it – only when there is family gathering, but I really love it, the food, the togetherness, the talks on the table, etc..

French toast and bacon is my fave. But lobster anything would trump that for me!

That sounds delicious! Mine is migas breakfast tacos, made by my husband. If you haven’t had them before, it’s scrambled eggs with pico de gallo, grated cheese, and strips or crumbles of corn chips. We always add fresh avocado and salsa, and sometimes bacon. And serve in fresh flour tortillas.

CatyLady : If we’re going out and I’m treating myself: crab cakes eggs benedict with a side of crispy, seasoned, roasted potatoes and a mimosa.
If we’re lounging in, Fiance makes a great scrambled egg white with sweet potato hash browns and a fresh ground cup of coffee that I will look forward to as long as I live haha

CatyLady : I’ve never tried eggs benedict with salmon. I always see it on the menu and wonder if anyone orders that lol. I’m sure its amazing though.
It depends on what kind of a sunday morning it is. If we’re going to our favorite breakfast place I get the chicken sausage scramble and add mushrooms. SOOOO good! and of course a bloody mary. If we’re trying to be more low key we’ll take the dogs for a walk to this burrito place by our house called “big mamas” who makes massive burritos with green chile and chorizo and cheese and eggs omg so yummy.
