@letigre:  oh my gosh I wish I could go 5 days without washing my hair! Day 4 it HAS to be washed due to it looking/feeling grimy…something dry shampoo and a bun can’t help LOL

I have a love hate relationship with my hair. I love the way it looks but I hate to maintain it.

Depends on the day. It’s pretty fine, but I have lots of it so that’s good.. it can be a pain in the ass sometimes – especially to get volume. On the bright side, it’s a good color (medium/light brown with tons of natural highlights), I never have to deal with frizz, and the upkeep for it to look okay is minimal. I just wash it daily and then blowdry quickly and it’s always shiny and healthy looking.

I do wish my hair was blonde and curly and super thick, but we all seem to want what we can’t have ๐Ÿ˜›

This is my hair, almost everyday. I have never dyed it, almost never style it. I like my hair!

I have a love hate relationship with my hair. I love it long but since it is so thick, it gets too heavy. The last time this happened I made a rash decision and chopped 10 inches off and it was a mistake.

I don’t love my hair, but I don’t hate it either!

My hair is kind of ‘nothing-y’ … its dead straight, fine, and REFUSES to grow past my shoulders no matter what I try!

@EmilyFall:  Thank you! My hair gets SOOO LONG I have to trim it/my layers because it gets out of control. I just got it trimmed the other day — It was down to my belly button LOL. It styles so much better too when my layers are cut:)

@KC-2722:  In the first two photos I just used a normal 1 inch curling iron with the clamp. If I want waves, I just wrap the hair around the barrel or use a wand. NUME has great wands I use… Here is my hair more waved than curled:

Curling iron I use:

Wand I use: (This comes with 4 sizes… I use the second to biggest mostly)

@KC-2722:  It used to get oily. I used to wash it every other day until I switched all my products to MorrocanOil. I literally use a dime size amount of shampoo every 5-6 days. Your scalp gets used to not shampooing, but it takes a couple of weeks of oiliness to get there. I learned this from a blogger (http://veronabrit.blogspot.com), who has a lot of great tips on this hair routine. The only non-MO product I use is Dove or Batiste dry shampoo, and usually grab whichever is on sale at the drug store.

@Laurenskii:  Day 6 hair is always in a bun for me! I try to wash it before then, unless day 5 or 6 falls on a Sunday. Then I rock the bun so I have fresh waves for Monday morning.

@EmilyFall:  Thank you! Yes there are feathers in the last one. I have some purple and fushia peek-a-boos too, but I think that the feathers kind of help them blend ๐Ÿ™‚ I miss my feathers! I took them out when they got super popular lol but I might put them back in for xmas
