Please tell me I’m not the only one with chin hair issues. It’s not a lot, but normally around that special time of the month those hormones get raging and I get a few stray man hairs. The obvious ones I pull, but those that are kind of in the “crook” of the neck, I can’t really reach. Does anyone do anything with those, if you have them? I don’t want to end up on my wedding day with my head tilted back in a big smile and the camera catches one of them.
Any suggestions? What are my options? I don’t want to ask Fiance to get the tweezers and pull hairs from my chin – that’s just a bit much.

have you thought about laser hair removal? it’s a few hundred dollars, but totally worth it.

maybe when you go to get your eyebrows tidied etc close to the day you can ask the waxer lady to use her big interrogation light to spot any strays and get em with tweezers.

I talked to my doctor about the laser hair removal for the chin, and also for my underarms, but i’m a big wimp – she says it stings a little. I might have to revisit that idea though – especially if I’m going to do it so I can get all of the treatments in and hopefully heal by June.
Yep, I’ll also consider the big light and possibly a magnifying glass – that might be easier, but that stings too – I guess it’s just a matter of the lesser of two evils. lol. At least the laser hair removal is supposedly permanent.

@souliganprincess:laser hair removal isn’t that bad. a friend of mine had her chin/mustache done and said she could barely feel it. they give you a numbing cream to use before you come in, and you can take some aspirin.
i had my underarms done, and it felt kind of like rubber bands snapping against your skin…a little irritating, but definitely not too painful.

I’m in the boat with you! I just keep a pair of tweezers on me and yank them! I HATE it! I also don’t like the fact that unless I nair, I have sideburns. I am, however, very greatful that I’m blonde and my hairs don’t stand out THAT much. Fiance says it give me “character”, but I say it gives me a complex. :-/

I thought it was going to be about pubes too lol
*Sigh of relief* that i’m not the only one. I suffer from it and hate it. I pluck them when I see them but sometimes they’re just under the skin and can’t get to them. I have them waxed at the same time I get my eyebrows and top lip done. Oh the joys.
