I honestly never once thought about getting married.  I guess that makes me weird, but I thought of myself as a person who would have a career, and that’s what I focused on.

This isn’t the exact dress, but I always saw myself in a princess dress – Always wanted to be a princess! Something like this :

Growing up when I was a 5yo little tom boy? I swore up and down that I would be wearing jeans to my wedding!

@peachacid:  Oh goodness no but it was a frequent question by family when I refused to wear dresses  “what are you going to wear when you get married then?”

I was a tom boy. I didn’t dream about dresses or my prince charming. I just wanted a boy that would play in mud puddles and chase frogs with me. I’ve never had a dream wedding anything.

This is the dress I swore I would wear when I got married, save for the head monstrosity, lol.   Boy, how times have changed, lol.

I basically wanted this one, pretty much up until it actually came time to chooose a dress, and then it still influenced me to get a blingy ballgown :).

I always liked Grace Kelly’s dress but would prefer a more streamlined skirt and my mom’s wedding dress wasn’t bad for an 80’s dress (much more of a late 70’s style- simple with long sleeves- no poofs.

When I was a teenager, my ideal dream dress was my cousin’s spectacular, tulle ball gown from Italy. I had my heart set on a tulle ball gown for so long that, when I finally became engaged at the age of 30, I bought one. However, I ended up breaking that engagement and didn’t meet and marry my Darling Husband until I was in my mid-40s. By then, the tulle ball gown from my first engagement was too small, but I still love it.

This was always my favorite, in Poland i couldn’t try to many Maggie gowns because they don’t have them all. This one i think is iscontinued for long time though. Instead i like Milana too, but suddenly the same storry- it wasn’t in the saloon. I ended up with the Demetrios 980 which costed the same as Milana would cost.
