My cousin Terri is married to a Terry (Terrance).

I also know a couple who were going to name their son Blade because their last name is Sharpe. They ended up calling him Deacon though.

My mom had a few customers at her work with some good names, one was Harry Dick, and another was Doctor Doctor, and he was a doctor on top of that. I had a friend who knew someone who was going to name their daughter Isabella, until they had it pointed out that their last name was Ringen, Isabella Ringen, nice.

My ex’s name is Tyler but everyone knows him as “Dirt”. As in, dirt from the ground. It’s been his nickname since he was 2-3 and ate dirt all the time. Does that count? (No, not one of my finer moments, I assure you.)

A relative (who’s a doctor) once had a patient named Donald Duck, that was his real name and he was born before the character was invented!

When I was a substitute teacher, I had a student named ‘Sh**head’.  You should have seen the look on my face when I saw the name on the roster.  I called her Miss _______, and she rudely told me that her name was pronounced “Shi-thade”.  Don’t tell me her parents didn’t know what they were doing when they gave her that middle name!
