I went to elementary school with a kid named Bradley Bradley. I don’t know why people go for the double name, and my friends dad’s name is Chuck Norris, which is amazing! Congrats to the poster who is going to be a Mrs Chuck Norris!

@Querida

I was just about to say the same thing! I’m from Texas (and actually just moved from Sugar Land a few months ago). Everybody from Texas knows about Ima Hogg. lol

My fiance’s last name is Lindsay, and my first name is Lyndsay…so in a week I will be Lyndsay Lindsay (or at least that’s what I’d be if I took his name!)

My aunt’s name is Candy Center. And that’s her maiden name – I don’t know what my grandparents were thinking!

Also, my cousin married a guy named Brownie. I guess it’s a family name in his family, so they had to name their oldest son Brownie too. Poor kid.

Apparently my families like sweets. 😉

I know someone who’s last name is Hurlbutt… no first name sounds good with that…

Oh and my Grandma was a teacher, she had a student who’s last name was litterally Rakesh*t (sorry for the profanity, but that’s what it was, no lie!) and a girl who’s parents were from a foreign country and saw “Female” on their daughter’s birth certificate, and so thought she was given the name and pronounced it “Fe-molly” for the rest of her life!!

My Fiance teaches at an inner-city high school, he knows of crazy names! One is a girl named Mignon (as in filet) and Lover T.

Oh and there apparently used to be a gynecologist named Harry Beavers, I heard one on the local radiostation, the DJ couldn’t get over it.
