I’ve really fallen off the diet/excerise wagon which i need to get back on! Although I haven’t tanned in 3+ years, I will tan a LITTLE bit… and then probably never again in my life! Can’t stand the too-tanned bride – or anyone for that matter! I’ve also started using Twilight Teeth (UV activated whitener) – used it for the first time today with the UV light it came with and saw crazy amazing results already!!! Bonus: it’s CHEAP if you buy it off Amazon/Ebay. Using an all-natural face mask once a week (can’t afford professional facials, dang) and getting massages once per month to keep my stress/tension headaches at bay. Deep-conditioning hair mask once per week (Macadamia brand), Castor oil on my eyelashes before bed (seriously works to grow them!) I’m already crazy about moisturizing every day so that hasn’t changed. Trying to strengthen my nails too – although one of them might fall off since I smashed and broke the tip of my finger almost two weeks ago… eek.

I too have broken( and brassy!) hair from hard water and blond ombré! If you don’t mind, are you using a water filtration system or just buying distiller water? I can’t figure out what the easiest option is here. :/

It works for my skin but I probably should have provided the info that Im in a barn type environment with my horses 2xs a day. its a boarding facility with arenas and corrals so there is always like a dust cloud and the dirt just feels ground into my skin. when Im not in a dirty environment, like when show season is off, I dont exfoliate that often.
