I will just share my something Blue (because i didn’t find any suitable borrowed and old items). Two of my bridesmaids surprised me with “Something Blue” parfume right at my wedding, which made my heart melted!

apresallday :

something old was my mums old life size  horseshoe charm thing that was typically worn around your wrist in the past.

Something new was my shoes/jewelry/dress

Something borrowed again was my mums horseshoe wrist charm

Something blue was my  ice blue knickers!!

My husband joked that he was my old and blue…  His family came to stay in the lead up to the wedding and we didn’t get any chance for some private time so he joked he was a little blue!! 😜

Something old: still looking for the right meaningful little something.

Something new: dress, shoes, headpiece, short veil, bouquet…

Something borrowed: a dear friend’s long veil.

Something blue: sky blue topaz earrings, the side aquamarines of my engagement ring, and my shoes!

… And no sixpence in my shoe! Lol

I haven’t 100% decided yet but most likely

Old: wedding rings are being re-forged from the wedding rings of my and my fiancé’s grandparents

New: dress and shoes

Borrowed: probably mum’s jewellery; still undecided what though

Blue: a dark blue wrap-around cardigan

apresallday :  Thank you πŸ˜‰ We stole it though: my fiancé’s brother melted down some other jewellery their parents supplied. But it is romantic and it makes me feel good that my grandparents’ rings will be with me. And it’s eco-friendly! Not thrifty though ;-(

Old: This “flower” I made out of an old doily my great-aunt crocheted, which will be included in my bouquet.

New: Basically everything I am wearing.

Borrowed: Haven’t decided- probably going to ask for something from my Maid/Matron of Honor or SIL on the day.

Blue: This RHR I bought on etsy and am obsessed with.
