These are my shoes- I got them for 17.99 on clearance from target. They are comfy, and the heels aren’t tooooo high.

Unfortunately I don’t have a pic, but mine are gold/diamondy strappy heels that are aout 3 inches.  They were hard to walk in when I wore them for my engage, ment party though, so I would maybe practice walking in the shoes you end up buying.  I paid $130 for the shoes that are Stuart Weitzman at Saks- They were $300 on sale for $180 and then I opened a Saks account and took advantage of their sale at the time to get it for that price.

So I’m a little crazy and LOVE cowboy boots.  I was VERY excited about finding a pair of ivory cowboy boots to rock out with my dress.  Until I couldn’t really find what I was looking for!!

I finally found these – which are super awesome.  Ostrich with a great high heel and had to have them!  They were around $300 I think.

Well, Unfortuanately when they arrived I found out they were too big – plus the heel is extreme – so I was walking quite awkwardly.  Oh yeah – and I have massive muscular man calves so they only zip up about halfway.  I was going to get elastic added to the zipper and try to make them work – but my aisle was a long flight of stairs, the heel just wasn’t going to work!  Since it was an unrefunadable purchase, they still sit in my closet unworn 🙁

This kinda burst my bubble on the shoe experience so I ended up just buying a pair or normal kinda low ivory pumps from DSW.  They worked fine…. but I really regret not having a kickin pairs of shoes to rock out with my dress that I was totally excited about!!  So my advice is not necessarily to break the bank – but do find shoes that you LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

If I could do it again I’d find that perfect pair of boots….. maybe these…

There’s a 1’3" height difference between my fiance and I so I’m looking for tall shoes.  I’m considering these (in silver) because they have the height and a platform to make them slightly more comfortable.  I’d love a cute wedge though.

I’m also considering these, which meet none of my criteria but are so cute!

jhearta, I love those Loubs.  I saw them in the red stripe in the Louboutin store this weekend and really, I think they are even better in person.  So cute!!!!!

I finally bought them today!!  I ended up with these.  I’ve loved them since I first saw them like six months ago but haven’t seen the silver ones around until today…I had to buy them!  They are four inches but they felt so comfortable and easy to walk in…I’m going to wear them for a day and if they start hurting I’ll consider buying another pair.  These I definitely know I’ll wear again which is something I wanted.
