I watch April and Justin form time to time, but I find them to be a bit annoying in large doses. I watched frequently while april was pregnant. They come across almost as though they are acting as a caricature of “we are a happily married couple!”
SHAYTARDS:
Conversely, I adore the Shaytards as people. There is so much to admire about Colette and Shay even though I don’t necessarily agree with everything they do and believe in. They come across, to me anyway, as such a fantastic example of a couple who are in every sense of the phrase “partners in life.” Love their kids too. I feel like they have done a fantastic job raising them. I used to be fascinated with the company that Shay co-founded so I have read up a lot on the business side of their lives and they are really impressive in that way too. That probably helps shape my opinion 🙂

I find GabeandJesss to be a bit frustrating to watch because she seems like such a great girl, but that life has thrown her through the wringer time and time again. Idk. she just seems to make the same mistakes over and over again. Obv. I don’t know her in real life so I can’t pass a judgement on her as a human, but watching her channel makes me want to face-palm which sucks because she seems like a really great girl.
CTFxC:
I was fascinated with CTFxC, Charles Trippy’s channel when he was battling brain cancer also. It was really fascinating for me to watch what it is like for someone going through that literally day by day. I don’t tend to watch him much now but he is going through a divorce and I think still in the final stages of beating cancer so there is much to watch for!
I like oliviahastwomoms, their daughter is cute and sometimes Hart stops by for a visit. Google Harts watermelon video. something like lady dancing with watermelon. Lol
I saw this thread and immediately thought of Ellie and Jared! I watch them religiously aha, I love them! They’re definitely my favourite. I used to love April & Justin a looong time ago, but as they got more popular they got more annoying and now they just seem very fake and staged to me. Something is just really off about them 🙁 I still watch most of the time hoping that the vlogs will get better aha. I also watch Leesha and Bubz, although not as much as Ellie and Jared.
2good: Aw, that is so sweet! What a special feeling that must have been to touch someone like that. I just checked out their channel and what a beautiful family. The mom really does an amazing job with their hair!
PetuniaPie: Omg I have to admit that ever since I responded to the OP I’ve gone back to trying to keep up with them, but I’m kind of bad at remembering to check back so your posts remind me to check their YT! I’m so happy for them! I hope they have another healthy baby like Jackson, who is so incredibly cute 😀
Thanks to this thread I am now obsessed with Ellie and Jared… I know exactly what she’s going through and am praying this baby sticks for her!!!! I’m so happy the baby has a heartbeat!!!!
freshflowers: Don’t get me wrong, I love a happy family, but they do seem a bit staged. They mentioned in a video not too long ago how they avoid fighting by letting the other person know that they are projecting their feelings about what they thought the other person meant and not really what was actually meant. Something like that, lol. It makes sense, but if my Fiance was in the middle of something and I out of nowhere told him he was projecting, I’m sure he would get annoyed more. Actually, that’s vice versa. I would be the annoyed one haha! As for the Shaytards, I stopped watching at a certain point because I couldn’t stand Shay’s intense voice he always does, but I’m used to it now. They are just such a sweet family and really connected. GabeandJesss is such a trial/error/triumph story. Jess is a great mom, it would be nice if other aspects of her life were just as great. CTFxC must have been heartbreaking and fascinating to watch. Good for him for being brave enough to share his story!

sugarpea: Honestly, my Fiance and I very rarely argue. When we do it’s usually over and done with in under an hour, max. I mentioned above that A&J avoid fights by telling the other that they are “projecting,” but I think if my Fiance told me I was projecting in the middle of an arguement, I might project my anger a little more haha. Oh and Ellie and Jared got amazing news in todays vlog 🙂

PetuniaPie: I now see you wanted TTC videos I just read the title and skimmed your opening post. I am not a mom, yet. Have to be married first, but I watch cutegirl because it gives me ideas for my future daughter, but as for now I can practice on my Fiance nieces.
2good: Oh no worries! I was asking about anyone on youtube. I literally just started watching family type videos a couple weeks ago. AprilJustinTv, ItsJudysLife, and the Kandu family were the only ones I knew about before discovering E&J and others just recently. Typically, I watch makeup channels like Teni Penosian and Pixiwoo. I watched some of the cutegirl videos and holy moly that momma is talented in the hair department!
Here’s an old video of April & Justin that I re-watched and they were just as cute/cheesy before, lol. It’s actually really sweet. Justin was a bit creepy but in the end, he got his girl 🙂

PetuniaPie: Just wanted to circle back on this post, because I’m totally addicted!!! I watch E+J’s new video every morning with my coffee. I’ve been trying a few of the other families, but I really disliked April and Justin, I find the Shaytards to be a bit odd (he seems to have a ton of personality, but from the videos I’ve watched she seems sort of irritated by him or maybe shy around the camera… or maybe she has resting B-face… Also, do they live in that big house bc of Youtube? That kind of frustrates me, I don’t know why). I found the Daily Bumps after E+J visited them, and I probably like them second best after E+J. So yeah, thanks for the new habit 🙂
