All wedding planning information should be hidden! She sounds like such a nut!

I fear my Future Mother-In-Law will be nutty when we start to place. God help us both!

UGH. The nerve… I’ll echo PP’s in that my first response would be along the lines of questioning why she felt entitled to take something from your home. Second would be stating that she needs to return it to you immediately. Third would be that you and your fiancé have already finalized your plans for this detail of your wedding. Then (although you really shouldn’t have to hide your things in your own freaking home) ensure that she does not have another opportunity to get her meddling hands on anything else related to your big day.

Boundaries mean nothing unless there are consequences for violating them.

Elope and tell her after the fact that there is no reason for a wedding after all. It would drive her nuts

Honestly, you are so close to your wedding that I would have ZERO time for any more of her bullshit. I would text her and say “Hey, Barb, I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be available for any more texts or wedding chats between now and the wedding! Anything else you’d like to communicate, you can send through Fiance. Please return the seating chart to him asap.” and then I would block her ass and ignore her like an unexpected fart in an office for the next several weeks.

I would also ask him to make sure to get the chart from her and then I’d go back to wedding planning so that I forget about her quickly.

i’d like to apologize for saying this, but OH MY! SUCH A NUISANCE REALLY! i just can’t take it when someone gets too much in a way and ended up ruining everything that has been planned carefully! let her has a whole table for herself if she considered she’s that important, for god’s sake undecided
