I would go to the Dr. and see if there is something he can give you to clear it up!

You will still look beautiful on your wedding day!

I second not touching your eyes and seeing the doctor asap. I’m sure it will clear up. Good luck and congrats on your wedding!

deep breaths and warm compresses, plus a dr. visit and you should be just fine!  and it’s a great story to tell after the wedding (I burst a blood vessel in my eye the week before my wedding!)

That’s something that can be cleared up quickly!  Don’t panic, just see a doctor.  If you can’t, there are some over the counter options.  Good luck!

I’m sure the doctor can help get rid of it!  If you use contacts, don’t put them in your eyes until the infection is gone or you could reinfect yourself.

Obviously you can’t be sure what the problem is until you see the doc….BUT if it is pink eye, warm compresses will help. Also, throw out ALL your eye make up and wash your make-up brushes using a gentle soap.

Why? because the make-up and brushes could still contain the bacteria and you could re-infect yourself. Once the infection is completely gone (it should go away before your wedding) use your brand new make up and clean brushes.

Don’t worry! As soon as you put the medicine in your eyes- your eyes LOOK normal. You’ll be fine for the pics- you may just be using the medicine during your honeymoon- it’s really no big deal to use.

Congrats on your wedding!

there is special eye drops you can get without a prescription.

if it’s a really bad stye, you can get it surgically removed by an opthmalogist.

i had one come up the night before my college best friend got married (iwas a bm)… although i shouldn’t have, i had no choice but to cover it up with makeup… and no one (that didn’t know about it) noticed… so it can be done!

make sure you use a warm cloth on it every day as often as you can.

i hope it clears it up soon!

I had that a couple months ago too!  I was like “doc, that sounds more like a part of speech than an eye condition”.  The redness was gone from my eye in a day or two and I had a severe case of it so you should be good!

P.S.  Don’t forget to buy new eye make-up (at least mascara) and be sure to wash your pillowcase.
