When we got married 3 years ago our menu was:

Chicken and Steak fajitas

Salad

Mexican rice

Refried beans

Cheese enchilada

Chips and Salsa

  • 6 differant kinds of cupcakes(vanilla, chocolate, carrot, champagne, lemon and strawberry)

Open bar

 

 

For our vow renewal we are having a brunch buffet:

 

Caesar Salad

Fruit Salad

Breakfast pastries

Shrimp cocktail

Vegetable Quiche

Mushroom risotto

Prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream

Assorted mini desserts

Wedding Cake

Coffee, Tea, Sot drinks, juices, Bloody Mary’s, Screw Drivers, Mimosas, Champagne

For the cocktail hour, we’re going to have cheese, veggies, fruit, smoked chicken wings and oysters.  For dinner we are having salad, bbq, chicken, baked potato bar, baked beans, and cole slaw.
