I know most (if not all!) of us are dieting and trying to get in shape for our big day. My mom told me about a yummy and insanely healthy breakfast that I had to pass along.
2 hard boiled egg whites and half a grapefruit.
I had it this morning and was actually full when I was done. The best part? The whole thing is only 54 calories!!!! (20 for the grapefruit half, 17 for each egg white)

I’ll try that! Beings it’s citrus season right now, I have been devouring grapefruits like crazy…they are SOOOO good. If you are looking for another yummy breakfast idea, here’s one: Cut up half an apple into bite size pieces and microwave for 60 seconds (or until they are soft). Stir apples into half a cup of plain greek yogurt and add cinnamon to taste. If you find the yogurt tastes too bitter, you can add a bit of honey to sweeten it. It literally tastes like apple pie yogurt is sooooooo yummy.
