@StL.Ashley:  Well these ones kind of look like beavers, but it’s not the end of the world. Canada Post has many MUCH uglier stamps haha 🙂 By The Way date twin, how are you feeling about the fact that our weddings are 96 DAYS AWAY?!

@capitalbee:   ahaha this is great, all my RSVP Cards have gopher stamps, does it fit a theme? No not even a little, Do I expect anyone to complain? Not in my wildest dreams.

My invites themselves have the Superman Stamps Canada post was selling a while back, I thought it was fantastic…

@Theonetime:  Superman?? I’d be THRILLED to get an invitation with Superman stamps on them. I am jealous. Yeah, like what am I gonna do? Tell them to return the stamps and get me the pretty flowery ones?? HA. That was the single most useful Christmas gift I’ve ever received, narrowly beating out a block heater Fiance bought me for my old car. I was almost moved to tears when I opened that gift lol

@StL.Ashley:  No shame in that do you know how offten Fiance and I look at each other and realize rent check is due and we have no stamps!

But on the other hand my mom called me in a full blown panic about stamp prices in Dec. and went out and bought over 300 stamps. Enough of save the dates, invites AND RSVPs!. I think they are just white roses but in my mind there just stamps.

At least I’m not the only one who went over budget just to get matching stamps…I bought mine custom designed from zazzle spent $230 on stamps for 63 save the dates / RSVP cards and Invitation envelopes…after I cleared the expense with my Fiance I realized we paid 50% more per stamp…I knew there was a mark up but didn’t realize it was that much.  But I do have to admit the stamps match perfectly and I’m really happy with them 🙂

I know where you’re coming from.  I bought 100 forever stamps before the price change with the wedding rose design.  When I was checking out, I was like “I wasn’t planning on doing fancy wedding stamps, but if I’m buying the white rose stamps maybe I should look into those cute stamps with our photo on them”.  My Fiance smacked me out of it, but part of me still really wants to change the stamps Tongue Out

capitalbee:  gophers are cute. I WISH I could have bought a crapton of permanent stamps before they jacked up the prices! Ugh. I got engaged right after they stopped selling them!
