@tobemrstaddesse:  Idk if the would let you do that. Its typical for prongs to be loose after they are resized if they forget to check that part. Progs are a simple problem to fix…

Zales used to have jewelers at most of their locations that could resize and fix the prongs in house but within the past year they have reduced the number of jewelers and locations that house jewelers so the store you take it to most likely has to ship it elsewhere.

What we did was call around and take the ring to one of the shops that actually had an in-house jeweler and got it back in a week.  It was a longer drive but it saved a lot of time because they only send off jewelry on certain days of the week so there is a lot of wait time.
