Ok, so my darling ivory shoes came in yesterday! They looked so beautiful at first glance, but the more I checked them out, I found black smudges on the sides of both shoes and the bottom sole of the left one was cracked!! I couldn’t believe it. I called right away to complain and the lady was very helpful. For the trouble she gave me a $20 off coupon and free VIP status so I could get free overnight shipping. I’m very appreciative of all that, but should I reorder another pair from them or go somewhere else?
Thoughts on your Zappos experience? Thanks girls!

I have never had a problem with them. I would return them and get another (you get free shipping anyway without VIP status) so the next pair should be fine.

I’ve never had a problem with their customer service, but out of 12 pairs, I’ve only kept one. Mainly because most “bridal shoes” are incredibly uncomfortable for my feet. So far, Endless.com is shooting 100% (1 of 1 is in my closet). But, since I haven’t returned anything, I don’t know how they are about that. They have the same return policy (365 days) and free shipping/returns as Zappos though.

I get a package from zappos.com on a fairly regular basis (last one two days ago) and I have never had a problem with any of the shoes I have received from them. I even have had a couple of pairs of shoes sitting around for months before I decided to return them, and never had any problems with the return. I think it was a fluke and I would give them another chance.

I have only had 100 percent good experiences with Zappos.

Not counting potential aggravation, what have you got to lose? If you’ve got time, I would give them another chance. I have had good experience with the shipping and quality of the product that arrived—just bad luck with the fact that the shoes never fit. I only buy shoes that I have seen in person first now, but I’d still buy online.

I was about to say…you already get free shipping?! But yeah, I’ve never had any problems with them either. Maybe you just got a bad pair of shoes, I’m sorry girl!!! Hopefully you can exchange them for a newer pair.

Just to clarify, from what I am seeing as responses here on this thread…yes, free shipping is a norm, but VIP is free OVERNIGHT shipping, guaranteed.
Sure, their free shipping usually gets there overnight to start with, but their policy states, “When you order from Zappos.com, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.”

Yeah, I usually get the normal free shipping overnight (they are pretty fast with their shipping even though it says it can take up to 5 days).

I’ve never had an issue with Zappos. Probably just a fluke, and their customer service is always good if you need to make a return or anything.

Foe…only because they don’t deliver to Canada. And before you point out that there’s a Zappos Canada – lemme stop you. The selection is terrible!
