When I asked my allergist about allergy meds for pregnancy, she said I should switch to Zyrtec (I was on Allegra). Of those 2, Zyrtec is safer. I believe it’s a class B drug (as opposed to class C like Allegra).

For TTC, not pregnancy, they say to avoid antihistamines bc it can dry you out including good cervical mucous. Not sure if Zrytec has an antihistamine or not.

I would just call your doc to ask – they are pretty good about answering questions like that over the phone!

You can’t take Zicam while pregnant because of the high doses of zinc.  I would not take it during your TWW, but the rest of the month, you should be ok.  Of course, you should call and ask your doctor to verify.
